The struggle of the organizations at the national , provincial and the Indigenous Movement of Cotopaxi , particularly if the organization second grade "Pallamukuy" and the base community Apahua , elucidate level was in 1988 with the creation of Intercultural Bilingual Education System and the course of three years, and it had the Intercultural Bilingual Education Model , which itself was structured policies, principles, aims and objectives direccionalizaban compliance in all educational institutions of the EIB. This has not been internalized to the present by the educational community. |
