Résumé:The work presented below, part of the location, site survey and population where the educational institution, which conducts research and analysis of the situation of education stakeholders in installed the CEBIB Cuturiví Chico Community and aims to identify the problems facing today and provide solutions to it. In this context it is determined that the community largely rejects bilingual education and Spanish education prefer to educate their children. As part of the divorce problem between teachers and parents, teachers disjointed , improper listing, little knowledge exists MOSEIB policies .
