The research was conducted exploratory designs, explanatory and documentaries, to thereby analyze the behavior of individuals and competition in the service vehicle washing and lubrication. Currently there are twelve washers and lubricators that offer the service, creating a service offering 139,776 vehicles serviced in the year, and a demand of 59,177 vehicles, generating consumer demand in the laundry and vehicle lubrication of 1927987 times year. |
