Ecuador TV was in the 2007 with the finality to fragments the monopolies of the mass media that they have led more of fifty years in the Ecuadorian society. Considerate as the first Ecuador´s public channel, ECTV started with the objective serving to citizenship and providing educational and cultural contents. |

En este trabajo final de grado las categorías de comunicación pública, televisión, opinión pública y periodismo se han desarrollado para comprender el servicio público del medio de comunicación televisivo. Una vez que Rafael Correa llegó a la presidencia de Ecuador, la comunicación empezó a dar giros trascendentales en el país. Ecuador TV fue creado en el año 2007 con el fin de fragmentar el monopolio de los medios de comunicación que han liderado por más de 50 años en la sociedad ecuatoriana.
