Resumo:The pharmaceutical industry is a clear example of globalization, in which it is relatively easy to determine the participation of both national and multinational companies. Each generating competition in the market in order to keep most of it to themselves. Given the high levels of competition, it is necessary to improve the administrative management models, seeking to develop the communication and integration between consumers, suppliers and the company itself. This will lead to an improvement in the quality of the service provided and needs will be met at a greater proportion.
