| الملخص: | During the era of the 70's to late 90's, Latin America lived chained to neoliberal governments and their policies that not only reflected on his economic, political, social and cultural development of our societies but also established repressive policies to replicate the actions of movements, groups and organizations opposed to their interests, for it is formed of various state bodies safeguard the stability of the established order. In Ecuador, the largest state repression occurred during the presidency of the Government of Febres Cordero, who in his speeches reinforced the idea of the existence of terrorist groups or internal enemy in order to justify the violent actions of the institutions state created, as were flying squads, the Criminal Investigation Service, counterterrorism units, among others, all of whom worked with Israeli assistance and empire. |
