總結:The present systematization project was carried out in a health entity dedicated to the care of critical and non-critical patients through the emergency services, admission, laboratory and external consultation. The study was born out of an inconsistency in the health entity, which manifested itself between the modification of the organizational structure implemented and the manual of functions by which it was worked. Due to this situation, it was decided, in conjunction with the entity's board of directors, to update the organization's function manual based on the positions established by the new organizational structure. In order to eliminate the existing problem, techniques such as semi-structured interview, survey and observation were applied to gather the necessary information so that the new manual reflects the reality of the organization of work in the entity under study. At the end of the systematization, an updated function manual was obtained that was adapted to the reality of the organization and that was handed over to the administration of the entity for its evaluation and implementation.
