The "hollow traditional" downtown, which have become part of the history of Quito, they are part of the tourist attraction that generated national and international level. The hollow, is the term popularly used to refer to places where you can buy good services at affordable prices. This paper proposes a theoretical and visual approach to the "traditional hollow" of the historic center of Quito, in order to visualize information, images and updated texts on popular places among tourists and the general public. Furthermore, the research seeks to analyze the eating habits Quito and show traditional places. Through the investigation and subsequent realization of communicative product, it is to demonstrate ten traditional hollow the historic center of Quito by photographs of the dishes that are consumer preferred quiteños and foreign tourists, in conjunction with the respective interview with the owners of "hollow" giving testimony of the path leading to be the favorite of diners. |
