Summary:The following paper discusses the application of integrated marketing to the “Niñez y Vida” foundation, an organization that provides services to different sectors considered vulnerable in society. These centers are located in the cities of Quito and Santo Domingo, the services that the foundation offers are trough the operation of various support centers, each with different functions. The centers that the foundation has managed until now are free to the public, for this reason the economic funds of the foundation have been acquired mainly from two sources such as donations and government grants. Due to the lack of economic resources, managers of the foundation have seen necessary the creation of a new center that will have the name “Para el buen trato” this new center will offer medical services and comprehensive health; those services will be provided by qualified professional staff. The main difference between the centers that have been functioning until now and the “Para el buen trato” center is that this one is geared to people with an average economic capacity since the center will provide services at a cost.
