Without neglecting the communication part, whose main axis lies in an integral development between the involved , that means, to understand communication as interaction of valid partners. We began highlighting the main conceptual approaches of communication, considering their iconic authors, then we continue detailing the most important public policy of participation and defining what we understand about it. |
