Etiketle | Özet: | The current research is a Feasibility Study for the creation of a storage and commerce center of organic agro ecology products in Quito city. This research is bases on afield study where a situational diagnostic is the beginning. The tool designed to collect the information of producing and consumer partners was performed by targeted surveys, the first one was made with a universe of 1967 production partners and the second one was taken from a consumers analysis sponsored by the VECO NGO. It will be started with 104 small producers, due to the geographical position because of the logistical theme being perishable products it is a very important matter. In the future, the application of this model is searched in the other regions of the country where the other partners are located. The consumers are a niche market which prioritizes the area of a mid and high social and economic stratum in Quito located in the north which sum a total of 245.434 families. The point of collection will be installed in the Floresta parish for being considered strategic, according to the field analysis done. Once the economic and financial analysis has been done, besides the investment recovery which determines the implementation feasibility in the global impact, which is the sum of the social, educative, environmental and economic sum, it will benefit all the parts involved into the project that was performed. |
