| description | The project Documental Sonoro de la Memoria Social e Histórica del Barrio San Marcos is consolidated from various customs and traditions through oral transmission that have been reinforced over time. The population growth in this place and the various migration activities have resulted in the abandonment of memory, which has remained for decades, in a neighborhood that marks the tradition in the cultural development of the Ecuadorian capital. This project is based on an account of the past and present of the neighborhood San Marcos. By collecting the opinions, memories and legends of citizenship, the use of communication resources is encouraged to document their experiences, revealing the cultural traditions of the neighborhood of the capital. Finally through reports, interviews and dramatized it seeks to highlight the value of our history and tradition of San Marcos, for our research will be a contribution focused on who will listen to us and thus the oral transfer from generation to generation is encouraged. |

El crecimiento poblacional en el lugar y las diversas actividades migratorias, tienen como resultado el abandono de la memoria, que ha permanecido durante décadas, en un barrio que marca la tradición en el desarrollo cultural de la capital ecuatoriana. Este trabajo está basado en un recuento del pasado y la actualidad del barrio San Marcos, ya que al recolectar las opiniones, recuerdos y leyendas de la ciudadanía, se fomenta el uso de recursos comunicativos para documentar sus experiencias, dando a conocer las tradiciones culturales características del barrio de la capital.
