| Gaia: | Generally, literacy has been understood as the work of providing to the subject with skills such as reading and writing; formal education and in general the educational system, expects everyone to be able to learn to read and write; according to Camnitzer it is understood that if everyone has the potential to use reading and writing for expression, everyone should also have the potential to be artists. Currently, the crisis that art is going through, it presupposes no longer an authentic aesthetic delight, but rather that art has become a numerical quantity. The objective is to determine the degree of importance of the aesthetic experience in the processes of artistic literacy in formal education, through the critical-reflective analysis of the current situation of art, to revitalize the idea of the aesthetic experience; as well as identifying the guidelines for artistic literacy in formal education, taking into account the current situation through which art goes through. The methodology used is the hermeneutics applied to art, through this methodology is pretend to perform an analysis and interpretation of the artistic fact. This investigative work is not intended to formulate a new model or trend, but rather seeks to expand the space to new alternatives that enable the overall development of the human being; open eyes to aesthetic disciplines that promote the dialogue and critical reflection and in turn to promote the appropriation of cultural values. |
