Diseño de un plan de mejoramiento administrativo de la empresa Productos Panda, ubicada en la parroquia de Calderón, provincia de Pichincha

This paper presents an improvement plan for the administration of the PRODUCTOS PANDA company. This company is dedicated to the production and marketing of confectionery, it is located in Calderon – Quito. In the chapter one the foundation of the administrative process and its various stages are analyzed to determine the current situation of the company and the appropriate administrative model for the proposed improvement tools is collected. In chapter two the internal and external factors, the actual situation of the company and how the processes affect the productive activities are analyzed. The SWOT matrix is used to establish the appropriate proposal for the organization. Finally, in chapter three, based on the theoretical foundation and the diagnosis made in the previous chapters, the proposed administrative model is used to make the value chain and improvements based administrative processes, determine the methods to be used, responsibilities, management indicators for evaluation and cost for implementation. The cash flow of the company is analyzed and it is determined that the implementation of the plan a viable, so PRODUCTOS PANDA will use this proposal to reorder and optimize its processes with the appropriate use of resources to allow the company to grow continuously.
