Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The present technical project was developed in the company MALEMEC SA, which is located in the Beaterio sector south of Quito, in the area of industrial electric furnaces, with the aim of optimizing the time of use and reducing the payment of the supply of electric power, the industrial electric furnace is a work tool that is used to perform the curing or drying process of the varnish that is applied to the windings of the electric machines (motors, generators and transformers). In order to obtain the aforementioned benefits, the control and power elements were modified, in addition an HMI was implemented; that allows the control and supervision of the process of temperature control of the industrial electric furnace. The temperature sensor (thermocouple) sends the data obtained from the plant to the controller, which is responsible for taking decisions by programming based on state feedback to execute the operation of the power stage, taking into account temperature and time parameters of operation previously configured by the user. Through the characterization of the plant it is possible to obtain its characteristic curve as a response to a ramp input and thus linearize its sections or work ranges, in order to implement the controller in the state space according to the requirements of the company. |
