Summary:In this work I present a design above Screen machine for printing on one color round between 10mm to 100 mm of diameter. The cylindrical automated screen printing machines are too expensive, due to their low and lack national production. For these reasons, the advertising companies instead of using exclusive machines for screen printing, are doing this work with empirical processes, which causes that they have low results under the optimal levels. The operation of the machine is the passage of the ink by a squeegee, through a stencil template serving, together with a tight mesh in a frame. The drive comes from a lever which will move to standards which will be located on the template and then it is when the base containing the stencil must move and thus make the desired impression. The mechanical design of this machine is economical and ergonomical and it adapts to the needs of operation, in this work shows that will be possible to make prints at intervals from 10 until 15 seconds per object. Diagrams, drawings, calculations and developed programs are presented, which may allow its industrialization.
