Achoimre:The systematization focuses on describing the experience and learning achieved through by measuring the organizational climate of the Metropolitan Economic Development Agency CONQUITO in 2014, and all the action plans that could be generated and detached from the measurement. After applying the measurement survey work environment, and the subsequent tabulation of responses and data provided by partners, it will be possible to have a broader view of all the factors that could be considered critical and that may interfere with the work done by employees of the Metropolitan Economic Development Agency CONQUITO one way or another, causing discomfort and inconvenience in the institution’s working environment and all the components that contemplates this subject. Having identified all the aspects that cause discomfort within the elements that interact within the organization and that are inherent in the work environment, it will be possible to design and generate proposals for action plans that could be implemented and carried out by the institution, assessing the viability of the case and the time they deem prudent. These proposed lines of action taken will have as its main purpose the improvement of the factors considered in the survey measuring work environment, eliminating the identified problems, and possibly strengthen the aspects that show no major problems, this in order to increase the general welfare of all employees at the organizational level.
