Summary:This research proposes a communication strategy to include and link in formal communication processes to reviewers Contact Center of the CNT, located in the Doral building in Quito. This project was developed in four chapters; the first theoretical collects information supporting this work, in the second chapter presents the National Telecommunications Corporation (CNT EP), The Contact Center Management and Social Communication of the CNT EP; in the third chapter a diagnosis of possible causes that have led to the demarcation between the Contact Center Management and Social Communication and in the fourth chapter discloses the proposal suggested identified after the results is performed, as well as conclusions and recommendations. It is intended that this research will serve as a model, so that organizations can link and integrate all areas in their work communication departments, internally. The concrete results of the proposal will be evident in a period of one year.
