Diseño sismo resistente de 3 viviendas tipo y alcantarillado combinado para la vía principal de la comunidad San Pablito de Agua Longo, parroquia Tupigachi, cantón Pedro Moncayo, provincia de Pichincha

This project involves the construction of combined sewer system on the main access road to the community, this being a primary service. To this end they have been studied as are hydrological, geological and geotechnical environmental impact. The design was made based on EPMAPS and MIDUVI standards. However the facilities provided to visitors do not have adequate infrastructure, damaging the landscape and tourism. To improve the appearance raised three models of earthquake resistant housing and whose architectural design has in line with the sector where they are, with traditional materials sector. The housing design has been based on the JUNAC and NEC -15 standards For this purpose the design of the foundation slab, wooden structural elements (beams, joists, columns and chercha) was performed for each of the houses. With these elements appropriate architectural, structural, sanitary and electrical plans was performed. Similarly budgets and schedules with which you can start the execution of the work was done.
