| Özet: | The Salesian Project of Ecuador (SPE), faithful to the Salesian charism, since its inception, it has been proposed forming the Children, Adolescents and Youth, as good Christians and honest citizens, a leadership based on their reality and contribution to the construction of active citizenship, which summarizes the connection between faith and life, in an atmosphere of participation, friendly and fraternal with the prominence of the same recipients in their formation process. However, despite the efforts developed, the results show that the formation processes of SPE, have failed to strengthen leadership capabilities and of maturity of the life project in a high percentage of your recipients, limiting its holistic development. In this context, the purpose of this paper is contribute to the development of skills and abilities of the recipients of the SPE, that help them, individually or as a group, be protagonists of his evangelization and his social participation as "good Christians and honest citizens". For which purpose, we propose a training program Human-Christian with a focus on citizenship, designed from: analysis of current educational experiences developed by the PSE in the cities of Quito and Cuenca; the identification of training needs from the criteria and experience of children, adolescents and educators of the Salesian Project (a survey of 341 children, adolescents and 48 educators was applied); and review of the conceptual, legal, educational and pastoral referents, that, in general terms, reinforces the need for approach citizenship in a training program where, social participation of children and adolescents is the transverse axis to promote his training holistic. The program is based on the dimensions of a holistic constructivist trend, approached from the permanent job with the environments of children and adolescents: Family, School, Street, Community; and focuses on group living. From the perspective of entirety of children and adolescents, the program addresses the dimensions: personal, social and family, vocational and Christian-Salesian, from where it occurs a curricular content structure for different age groups (10-12; 13 -15; y 16-18 years) who are treated from the See-Judge-Act-Celebrate, Evaluate; applied in the own context of Children and adolescents, with a based dynamic on the Salesian Preventive System of Don Bosco. |
