El levantamiento de perfiles detalla cada uno de los puestos, dentro de los cuales se especifica el nivel de instrucción que la persona debe tener, los conocimientos, el nivel de seguridad y por ende de riesgo, las principales responsabilidades y actividades a ejercer, facilitando con esto la comprensión del trabajador y estableciendo un objetivo para cada puesto de trabajo.
