Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa asociativa de madres solteras de la parroquia de Cotocollao para la producción y comercialización de helados de crema chantilly en el norte de la ciudad Quito

The main objective of this project is to design a feasibility study for the establishment of an association microenterprise single mother Parish Cotocollao for the production and marketing of ice cream chantilly cream. Consumption of natural products and fewer chemicals is the preference of today's consumer, so we present an icy I-crafted based on the chantilly cream and adding natural fruit juice that contains no preservatives or additives thus promoting an innovative product, natural and even affordable price. In order to determine the feasibility of the project, conducted market research, technical study, financial study, and the creation of associative microenterprises, they allowed us to conclude that step this project in which we determine that it is a profitable project. We would note that the association with single mothers provides us the opportunity to provide a better quality of life and time to the children of this priority group in society, and resulting economic growth to have your own business. Finally after taking into account market research, technical and financial we present the conclusions and recommendations of this project, and we have determined the social and economic impact generated based on these studies as well contribute to an innovative idea and generate jobs for this group of society.
