Sumari:The jewelry industry is in trouble caused by the increase in gold prices internationally , this makes jewelries increase their prices and sales decline , without reaching the target market and unable to customer loyalty and therefore is has created this thesis in order to determine what your tastes and preferences of consumers have gold jewelry, thus establishing increased customer base and consequently sales. Model was developed consumer preferences gold jewelry , in order to determine the external and internal factors that affect it , identified four preferences for styles of jewelry, these preferences are : For classic jewels, by modern jewelry , jewelry designs by ethnic or ancestral and religious jewelry designs . With this model it is intended that the artisan may enhance their work by thorough knowledge of the type of consumer who wants to attend , specialize and achieve their brand positioning
