Gaia:This research work highlights the importance of Intercultural Bilingual Education (EIB), which will be addressed in clear cultural differences of students. The reality is more a combination of economic, ideological, social and cultural elements. The aim is to map the construction of intercultural teaching practices within the institution and current education standards. The quality of education begins with the application of an intercultural pedagogy to develop abilities and cognitive, psychomotor and affective skills, leading to a significant and useful learning, the use of knowledge, skills, art, culture, as oriented principles central to the students in the school "Rafael Correa" the Pitana Under Association, which is why I focus my study on this important issue because I think of essentially equal opportunities in access to resources and results education. Multiculturalism is now conceived as a strategy for educational equality because it rests on the assumption of full participation of indigenous languages and cultures in the teaching process that recognizes the cultural diversity as a positive attribute of a society. Through the implementation of the bilingual education system MOSEIB you access to an education with culturally and linguistically appropriate, promote education in values and knowledge, therefore, the development of cognitive abilities and affective partner according to their natural environment.
