| Summary: | The report study of the organizational climate and proposal for improving the satisfaction and performance of the administrative staff of the Centro de Especialidades Sur-Occidental (CESO) of the Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social (IESS), in the period November 2017 - July 2018. The reconstruction of the project is based on the historical-dialectical approach and on theoretical postulates about the internal environment in an organization. The representation of the information is done according to the analytical-descriptive procedure that allows the evaluation and interpretation of the stages and data collected with the survey. The application of these techniques possible to identify that in the administrative area there was problems with leadership, innovation and the synergy of the work team. Given this situation, an improvement plan was designed, which was only recommended because it is a public institution regulated by the general sub-directorate. Therefore, this report analyzes the pertinence of the actions defined, the reactions of the collaborators during the intervention project, the contribution of the project to the organization, as well as the learning achievements. |
