Every institution should count with a tool to standardize, guarantee that key information is distributed specifically that related to plans and projects; which in turn will serve as a roadmap for resource distribution. In addition to reliable information it is also required to have analytical skills to not only to lessen the impact of the problem but to find the causes that provoke it, facilitating the assignment of responsibilities and timely management abilities focused on obtaining results. |
