Herramientas cloud computing y su impacto en la gestión de procesos comerciales de la empresa Corpomédica Cía. Ltda

In recent years the Internet has had a great impact and has revolutionized the world; millions of people use day to day on-line tools such as chat, mail, maps, social networks, online storage, videos, and a broad range of applications that are not installed on computers or mobile devices, but are part of the Cloud Computing service available on the Internet. It is very common in organizations dedicated to the medical visit that the business knowhow is centralized in "essential" employees, headquarters lose control of their projects, which are wasted and that managers need to get their companies to obtain reliable data that will help them make the right decisions. Cloud Computing then, arises as a great knowledge base solution to store standard procedures and share on the network. On a global level, the large organizations have implemented this type of tools coming to be very useful in the monitoring and control of business management, connecting staff, reducing customer response times, increasing sales and reducing costs. Compared to what was mentioned, the present research aims to determine the impacts of the implementation of cloud computing tools in Corpomedica (company), which will serve as a benchmark for other companies in the east; it has been the compiled information theoretical base that served as technical-scientific for the development of this research, the company has lifted base processes and possible improvements; in turn, to evaluate several alternatives by defining and implementing the options more tied to the reality of the company. Finally, analyzes the social impacts, and the environmental and financial deployment.
