Shrnutí:This project was developed in order to make improvements to the process of selection of personnel for recruitment in the form of occasional services to the Presidency of the Republic of Ecuador during the period April-September 2015, the improvement consisted in the redesign of the personnel selection process. It need of redesign the process of selection of personal arises since to the same is you considered as inefficient and ineffective, which generated discomfort in the institution, mainly in them headquarters of areas who told with team of work incomplete due to it takes in the bonding of personal. Prior to the redesign of the process of selection of personal is made an analysis of its situation real to know them problems, their causes and improvements; ineffective both incidents as well as effective form was used as a tool for this. For the redesign of the process of selection of personal, is used as guide to texts of different authors as: Gary Dessler, Susana V. Richino and, Idalberto Chiavenato as well as also William B. Werther and Keith Davis, of equal way is considered the normative legal force and the Statute of the Presidency of the Republic. The redesign of the process of selection of personal consisted in the implementation of phases additional which through its standardization established a procedure clear for the process of selection of personal achieving objectivity in the same.
