Human beings, endowed with a greater evolutionary degree than the rest of living beings, form the only species on the planet with the capacity to analyze, reflect, evaluate the effect and the repercussions that their actions cause on the ecosystems in which they exercise a certain Pressure. Due to the large number of environmental problems that have caused these actions, the need to carry out previous studies on the effects on the environment that can cause, in addition to taking into account that a performance is technically possible, economically profitable and socially positive.
