Análisis de la calidad de vida de las personas con discapacidad visual en condición de mendicidad en el parque 20 de marzo de la ciudad de Esmeraldas en el año 2014

The development of this project to analyze and determine the quality of life of people with visual disabilities who roam the streets and parks of the Province of Esmeraldas, practicing begging as livelihood and exposed to various environmental abuses and discrimination that surrounds. It is very important to deepen this reality, because this problem is affecting our society significantly so. In addressing the question asked, I considered a very important situation in the city and province of Esmeraldas, as is the presence of people with visual disability status begging. It is a latent reality that can not suddenly manifest, because there are extenuating functioning as curtains, preventing envision reality. The factors that influence the appearance of begging that have favored the climate of inertia in the province on the issue under investigation were analyzed contacted authorities social front who provided important contributions that helped to clarify and better understand what took have been the challenges and difficulties that have been encountered people with visual disabilities in the province of Esmeraldas over time. He could visualize that we Government Policies that are well reflected, but only run in relation to other types of disabilities, so it is very evident indifference of authorities and public in general against this social pathology as is begging in several generations of people with visual disabilities.
