Προσθήκη ετικέτας | Περίληψη: | This document is composed of four chapters: in the first chapter reference the Marco Theory that makes it possible to understand the citizen participation and the local political development from the contribution of the indigenous movement of organizational and community leadership, as this author intervene in the national stage and questioning the local representative and fighting for the vindication of contributing rights to create formal canals of participation and a link between the state and civil society, starting these concepts and proposals of various authors. The second chapters briefly describes the history of Canton Suscal, the organization of UNOICS, AINCA organization, Urban Sector and the Decentralized Autonomy Government of Canton Suscal.
