| description | The aim of this thesis is to define a Model of Integrated Management System in the "CONDIMENSA" company, located in Amaguaña applying the Technical Guideline INEN 2537: 2010, using research methodologies as scheduled recognition site visits, meetings with senior manager, administrative and operating staff, monitoring and auditing techniques. Matrices were developed for the assessment of Safety and Occupational Health Management, identifying hazards and assessing risks, which are mostly mechanical and ergonomic, that is why we are proposing intervention aims to reduce or mitigate the risks identified. The adjournment of environmental aspects and impacts was performed, considering the business activities and shows them in a matrix with proposals for operational control. The procedures for health care personnel and environmental management will allow "CONDIMENSA" create a specific quality manual to complete its Integrated Management System. The indicators proposed management for "CONDIMENSA" are instruments for measuring business objectives as quantitative expression of their performance, they help to identify deviations, corrective or preventive actions as appropriate and shows trends in every part of its Management System. This Integrated Management Model by applying the guideline INEN 2537: 2010 once implemented in CONDIMENSA, will influence their productivity, will allow preventing accidents and occupational diseases and will allow them to be environmentally responsible. |

Se elaboró matrices para la evaluación de la Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional de la empresa, identificando peligros y valorando riesgos en su mayoría mecánicos y ergonómicos con lo cual se propone acciones de intervención para disminuir o mitigar los riesgos identificados. Se realizó el levantamiento de aspectos e impactos ambientales, considerando las actividades del negocio y se los expone en una matriz con propuestas de control operacional. Los procedimientos de atención en la salud del personal y de gestión ambiental responsable permitirán a “CONDIMENSA” crear un manual de calidad específico que complete su Sistema de Gestión Integral. Los Indicadores propuestos de gestión para “CONDIMENSA” serán instrumentos de medición de los objetivos de la empresa como la expresión cuantitativa de su desempeño, ayudarán a identificar desviaciones, tomar acciones correctivas o preventivas según el caso y mostrar tendencias en cada parte de su Sistema de Gestión.
