Summary:In Olmedo Parish in Pesillo Community I heighten the diagnosis serologic in the investigation “Prevalence of bovine Brucellosis by means of the method Card-test (Rose of Bengal) in Pesillo Cayambe Community - Equator 2011 ". Of an animal population of reference of (N) 2104 bovine females took the sample to (n) 275 major females of 18 months of age, the same ones who were distributed in ten sectors that shape the Community in study The serological test for prevalence of bovine brucellosis were carried out using the sieve test Rose Bengal and the confirmatory of the true positive cases through the competitive ELISA test, the same that were processed in the laboratory VETELAB of the City of Machachi
