要約:This thesis aims to analyze and propose improvements in administrative processes in the Dirección Financiera of the Empresa Pública Metropolitana de Movilidad y Obras Públicas (EPMMOP), applying the theory of constraints by developing the theoretical foundation in defining management concepts processes, management and financial control in stockings and targeting continuous improvement activities; allowing develop a situational analysis establishing internal customer history generating 48 persons and 233 persons outside the administrative and survey items, taking a confidence level of 95% and 5% error; descriptive and explanatory research relationships between problems formulate solutions to establish the causes and aimed at generating tools for measuring productivity, by checking the relationships between variables effects generalizing the set features development of quantitative and qualitative information, which pose a SWOT analysis allows for the generation of a proposed administrative improvements establishing the organizational structure, process flowcharts and plan improvements with certain indicators measuring control. The results serve as a baseline for action that benefits the institution and compliance with standards in the various financial processes by assigning financial transactions.
