This document is a systematization of the theoretical contributions on the dimensions of identity involved in community organization from a political and personal process to describe the influence of the collective identity on the process of legalization of land in the women of the neighborhood committee, from this point the context seeks to contextualize the role of gender in the struggle movements, being the woman an important factor in the process Of participation within the community. These dimensions have been developed from a qualitative research to take the stories of the participants and achieve a closer approach of their reality as social actresses and women within their daily life and their environment.
