| Sažetak: | The present titration work is oriented towards an economic technical comparison between two retaining walls; a traditional reinforced concrete wall (cantilevered) and a retaining wall made with TERRAMESH® System, with the purpose of analyzing which of the two systems is best suited to the demands required by the Urbanization La Toscana. This wall will serve as a support for a two-lane road that will be access to the lots of the urbanization, in addition on its back will be a roundabout where the wall should be circular. The requests to which the two systems will be exposed will be the same in both cases, with these parameters of the foundation and fill soil cut, in addition to compacted volumetric weights, seismic coefficients and a mountainous topography. The aspects submitted to analysis in the technical part were the calculation of the safety factors to the slip, overturning, pressures in the foundation, global stability and only in the case TERRAMESH® System the internal stability analysis was carried out because this wall was built by blocks, in addition the environmental impact analysis was carried out and it could be observed that the wall made by TERRAMESH® System was the one that causes the least damage to the environment. On the other hand, in economic analysis the unit prices of the construction process of the retaining wall were made without taking into account the items that will be the same for the two cases. |
