The manual is intended to present patterns of behavior inside and outside the institution and establish corrective stimulus to achieve a certain way the learner awareness about their rights and duties as an active member of a community to achieve healthy living, and so teachers also learn strategies to achieve the behavior of children is in harmony with the objectives for the education development, foster and develop good habits, practices in formulating values and principles of social behavior, free dialogue and use it as a strategy to exchange of thoughts, desires, and that the hierarchy is not the only thing that put an order in the institution.
