Producto audiovisual sobre la mendicidad en el Centro Histórico de Quito.

Through the present communicative product, begging will be evident in the Historic Center of Quito (CHQ), the research was based on relevant information from the institutions of the State working with the vulnerable sectors of society. For in this way verify the work that is being done in terms of strategies, planning and public policies that promote the eradication and prevention of this social problem, on the other hand feel if these institutional plans are carried out in daily actions. For this, the information obtained will be contrasting with relevant postulates from professionals who are experts in the subject. Evidencing in this way the reality of life of people in a situation of begging in the CHQ. This was thought to an audiovisual communication product that connote the social context of the CHQ, entitled "Invisible actors", taking this name by the invisibility by instances that you work with the vulnerable sectors of society, in this case people in begging. Understand the functioning of the institutions of the State and labour through the sub Secretaries, which contains each institution, is organized, understanding the objectives of work on each area, it is essential to understand the present project. Institutions which addressed topic of research: Economic and Social Inclusion Ministry (MIES), Ministry of National Planning and Development (SENPLADES), Technical Secretariat for Prevention Integral of Drugs (SETED), Nunicipality of the District Metropolitan of Quito, Coordinations Zonal 9 (Center), and as a cooperating organization is house of reception San Juan de Dios.
