La gestión del gobierno autónomo descentralizado del Municipio de Colta y rehabilitación del sistema ferroviario.

This thesis entitled "Management of the Autonomous Decentralized Colta Township and Rehabilitation of the Railway System", is based on desk research, allowing us to meet management processes implemented by the Government Autonomous Decentralized of the Colta’s town to determine if the Railway Rehabilitation Process, allowed boost the economy of the people of town. Chapters 1 and 2 we disclose conceptual issues in local development, its implementation in the autonomous governments, and a full description of economy, population, utilities, its agriculture, livestock, manufacturing, exploitation of touristic natural resources, for the benefit of its people. Chapter 3 applies the processes for rehabilitation of the Railway System will benefit the community through endeavors such as Artisan Square, Cafe train, the Ancestral Dances, undertakings that are managed by people from different communities around the railway track on the stretch Colta-Riobamba. In synthesis we can determine that the Railway Rehabilitation Process, is an entity generating employment because it promotes national benefits for rail rehabilitation, so this way domestic and foreign tourists can book their tickets so they can see the natural attractions each zone along which the Ecuadorian railroad goes.
