Esquema de auditoría tributaria aplicada a agencias de viaje. Caso: Sky Air Ecuador S.A.

The Ecuadorian tax environment, obligations and regulations established for taxpayers who performs economic activities in the country, and the proper compliance, presentation and payment monitoring, are a significant factor that taxpayers should keep for its internal control (natural or legal), which justifies the need ad importance of the design, implementation and regular monitoring of tax compliance of the company. Through out the theoretical framework established on this tax audit scheme applied to Travel agencies, I will verify if Sky Air Ecuador SA meets the proper legal and tax compliance by an analysis and verification of the work done by the staff of the Agency Finance Department. I have issued a report to provide fully evidence and compliance to the purpose of this tax audit scheme application for this type of business compliance, as well as comments related to tax compliance of the mentioned company, and in circumstances in which is required, I issued identified recommendations in order to improve the control processes of the company.
