Добавить метку | Итог: | The following work aims at presenting some administrative and financial strategies of the five main private oil operators in Ecuador in times of crisis. For this purpose, two sources of information were analyzed, the first of which was carried out through a survey, and the second, through the website of the superintendence of companies, a private corporate control body, where information was obtained from Financial historical character of the organizations studied. For the case of the state oil operator, it is visited on its website where the management report included in the period under study is obtained. Initially, information is obtained corresponding to income tax returns of private companies in the last 3 years (2013-2014 and 2015), as well as management reports for the public entity, corresponding to the last year. With this information, a context is set out in which a general interview with the administrative and financial managers is established. This serves as an input that, under the umbrella of risk management, allow to compare the strategies that have driven the strategic levels of such organizations. Finally, a comparative analysis of the oil operators is developed based on the financial indicators obtained in the first source. |
