Through this thesis is to crystallize the general objective is to design a proposed television campaign to promote social inclusion and educational the population Visually Impaired in the city of Guayaquil. Analyze problem and objectives Crystallizing Theories underlying the Rights of Social Inclusion and educational theories and communication campaigns aimed at promoting the rights of persons with visual impairment, as well as identify the social context of joint public campany comunication for the visually impaired population Guayaquil.
