Medición de clima laboral y propuesta de plan de mejora para la empresa Gruentec Cia. Ltda. :En el periodo de marzo – julio 2016

The work environment is the setting in which daily work takes place. The quality of this environment directly influences the satisfaction of the employees and consequently business productivity. The objective of this project was to carry out an assessment of the work environment at Gruentec Cia. Ltda. and to propose an action plan for potential improvements. For the development of the project, surveys were used as the main tools, which included a series of questions selected to fit the company's unique needs and to aid in obtaining data and in identifying the opinion of the participants in regards to their work environment. This quantitative approach allowed the discovery of current conditions and phenomena of cause and effect, based on the results obtained. The obtained results show that there are opportunities for improvement in the following factors: Information / Communication and Instructions / Leadership, since its analysis demonstrated levels of dissatisfaction amongst Gruentec workers. As such, the action plan mentions these factors along with their alternatives and compliance indicators. The project is intended to serve as a reference tool to perform an objective analysis on employee satisfaction in their environment and in turn to allow them to obtain results that can improve the morale in their work environment as well as performance and productivity.
