Description
Summary:This proposal aims to promote a lifestyle for many women who feel they were called to live a radical commitment among their baptism, women who want to consecrate their lives to God since a secular reality, inspired by the Mercedes of Jesus spirituality. The paper starts with a quick overview of postmodern reality of today's world, followed by a deepening sense of the lay faithful and their actions in the Church and around the world. The theoretical framework is based on a biblical-theological approach of our Lord, Jesus and who He really is, the importance of the fundamental features to be His disciple and the lay dimension of the Apostle Paul. Besides I present a vision of Church documents and charismatic sources proposed by Mercedes of Jesus which emphatically enlightens us on the studied proposal. Finally, I described a proposal for a new community, based on spirituality and a strongly mission focused on Jesus and His Kingdom, rooted on God's mercy.
