Description
Summary:The distribution transformer is basically a static electric machine which takes voltages by electromagnetic induction medium voltage (13200 or 22860 volts) and transforms low voltage values (440-220-110 volts) needed to consumption centers. For reliability, performance and quality must be tested to verify that it is properly designed and constructed to withstand the applied load and at the same time resist all hazardous situations to which this exposed in operation. The document shown below, presents the design and economic study for the new laboratory transformer company RVR Transformers, it is based on the implementation of routine tests according to the NTE INEN 2 111 2004 standard for distribution transformers up to 500 kVA 25 kV class.
