For the effect has conducted a series of interviews with sports journalism-known characters both men and women, to find out their concerns, thoughts and alternatives of solution on the issue, also held a series of surveys to students and citizenship in general, those who were interested in improving and supporting women to spaces of equity and opportunities that have been denied them for many years.El presente trabajo se realizó tomando en cuenta todas las fuentes posibles para conocer una de las problemáticas sociales más influyentes y poco investigadas en nuestro país: “La mujer en el periodismo deportivo”, con el objetivo de aportar para que el gobierno, las autoridades competentes y la sociedad en general tengan la posibilidad de trocar su pensamiento y se abran los espacios de inserción laboral hacia el sexo femenino, eliminando toda clase de obstáculos y estereotipos que han dañado su campo de acción.
