Lägg till en tagg | Sammanfattning: | To effect the propagation by cuttings of dulcamara (Bryophyllum gastonis) Bonnieri in 3 substrata (treatments) and determine which of the substrata used obtains the best results in the development of the dulcamara; a greenhouse was used with an area of approximately 50 m2. The average temperature inside the greenhouse was 25ºC. The substrata were placed in pots of 1,000 cm3 capacity, occupying 80% in volume, in which were planted 12 cuttings (the experimental unit) of dulcamara (Bryophyllum gastonis) Bonnieri in each of 9 experimental units. A design of complete blocks at random was used, and three replications were established. The variables evaluated were: the higher plant, number of leaves per plant, the weight of plant in dry material and the weight of root. An economic analysis was also done. |
