It was necessary to analyze the international together with national legislation, establishing some comparisons, to determine the benefits that could promote greater participation by private investment and consequently a subsequent implementation in distribution systems and residential, looking for the benefit of both the state as well as the investor. At the end of this paper the results of both a technical and economic analysis, which is a demonstrated technical feasibility and economic viability, the same as those described in the findings and leading to present relevant recommendations based on the results reported obtained. |

Además se presenta una descripción de las diferentes ventajas y desventajas de dicha generación, junto a un estudio de su inclusión en nuestro país, a fin de generar un interés para invertir en este campo que aún no es mayormente explotado. Resulta necesario el análisis de la normativa internacional conjuntamente con la nacional, estableciendo ciertas comparaciones, a fin de determinar las ventajas que podrían promover una mayor participación por parte de la inversión privada y en consecuencia una posterior implementación en los sistemas de distribución y a nivel residencial, buscando el beneficio tanto del estado, así como también del inversionista.
