Crynodeb:This systematization addresses the experience of working alongside with couples and families from the ´ Salesiano Chicos de la calle´ Project Foundation, Goal Program. A.S.O., from the systemic perspective, where the participation of the person who intervenes is highlighted. Concepts which are taken in consideration are as follows: system confirmation, therapeutic style, resonance and change, which are analyzed in each of the different scenarios emerged in the process. Emphasis is placed upon how family structures are immersed in processes of circularity, the resonances arising in the process are taken in consideration and crisis management and empathy to which every therapist or family companion must face, without forgetting the changes and internal conflicts that arise in each of these accompaniments. Finally, it is imperative to take into account all the different knowledge acquired from the couples, families, and at the same time, the person who intervenes; at a personal, professional, sentimental and familiar level. The systematization reveals that reflections emerge in the family and therapeutic system, which allows concept modification, from the self-observation practice, second order observation, that give way to evident improvement in the daily lives of the participants.
