总结:The present document refers to the development and construction of a ball-and-beam system on a platform regulated by a Fuzzy control for the study of control loops, this prototype helps to understand and analyze in a didactic way the study of unstable systems. It was chosen to perform a diffuse control because it is very intuitive, it has a similar scope to a person's reasoning. The mechanical design was based on the kinematics of the system, so it was decided to control two axial and radial axes, this system has two mechanical arms for the stabilization of the sphere on the touch panel and a central pivot that helps Contain and distribute the weight of the system on the servomotors. In the diffuse control several tests were performed to determine the type and number of membership functions suitable for sphere stabilization, the range of speech universes refers to the size of each axis in the touch panel, this Has a database stored in the diffuse associative array of the system, the number of inference rules depended on the number of membership functions of each diffuse entry. The human machine interface is clearly supervisory to facilitate the commissioning of the system, without the need to make previous adjustments for the system to function correctly.
